MERRITT ISLAND, Fla. Arnott Inc. has introduced new replacement rear air springs for the 2002-2009 Mercedes-Benz E-Class. These new air spring assemblies have been redesigned by Arnott to not require the OE air reservoir which will help reduce both the time and complexity of replacing the luxury vehicle’s rear air springs.
The new air springs feature four-ply Continental Contitech bladders, CNC machined crimping rings and a custom-designed tapered air spring bottom which was engineered to provide a comfortable ride. The new design for the E and CLS 55 & E and CLS 63 AMG replacement Air Spring gives that vehicle a firmer suspension.
Designed and made in America, the Arnott Air Spring Assembly Kit includes two rear air springs, new airline fittings, new upper retaining pins along with a detailed instruction manual. While the OE part costs around $1,000 each, the Arnott’s Rear Air Spring Assembly, Part Number A-2536, costs $715.75 for the pair and is backed by Arnott’s Limited Lifetime Warranty.
The new replacement Air Spring for the AMG, Arnott’s Rear Air Spring Assembly, Part Number A-2559 retails for $821.75.
