BALTIMORE, Md. Standard Auto Parts announced the opening of its new warehouse in the Reisterstown/Owings Mills area of Baltimore County.
The company’s new 11,000-square-foot warehouse is staffed by a manager/dispatcher, a stock keeper and a host of drivers. A fast delivery and high inventory model is made possible by the customer service capabilities of a central call center located at the company’s headquarters and main warehouse, only 20 minutes away in Baltimore city. The call center is made up of 10 auto parts experts servicing customers who call in to the Wholesale Hotline (410-659-4100) each business day from repair shops across Baltimore and its surrounding counties.
“We’re the first auto parts store to use this new business model in our marketplace,” said CEO Ron Sutton. “Our customers are experiencing the real difference between Standard and our competitors.”
Standard Auto Parts is a fourth-generation family owned business.
