i have a 94 dodge stealth base 3.0 sohc, the vehicle does not always start when i turn the key but if i continually turn the key over it eventually starts.

i have replaced the starter, both battery cables, the alternator, the battery, and most of the fuses. does this leave me down to the ignition lock cylinder and the ignition switch?
