Mike Broderick Named President CARQUEST U.S.


RALEIGH, N.C. – General Parts International Inc. President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Temple Sloan III has announced that Mike Broderick, senior vice president store sales, has been named president of CARQUEST U.S., effective Dec. 1.

The company also stated that Todd Hack, who served as senior vice president of marketing for CARQUEST U.S. and president of CARQUEST Corp., left CARQUEST at the end of November to join Gates Corp.

Neil Stockel, president of BWP, a CARQUEST member, has been named president of CARQUEST Corp., assuming responsibilities Dec. 1.

Jumping Ship? Or just getting out of harms way? Could be that "T3" just got an offer for the company, and he's trying to clean it up for the sale. On the other hand, why would anyone want to buy a sinking company.
