PITTSBURGH,
Pa. – Signal Extraprise has been awarded a contract by Toledo,
Ill.-based Ben Tire Distributors Ltd., to deploy eXceed-Wholesale in
the company’s seven Midwest distribution warehouses and eXceed-Retail
in 29 Neal Tire and Auto Service centers. The integration of
eXceed-Retail and eXceed-Wholesale provides each retail location with
an expanded virtual inventory by viewing the wholesale inventory of the
warehouses.
Signal’s eXceed-Retail is a business management
system resulting from a cooperative development with major tire
industry partners, designed for tire service retailers and tire dealers
with a mix of wholesale and retail business. eXceed-Wholesale is a
wholesale-specific application designed with all the productivity
features required to successfully compete in the highly demanding,
competitive wholesale tire business sector.
