I have a 2000 Chevy Blazer ZR2 2 door. My problem is that the heat is always on even when the dial is turned to off. The A/C works fine, but to not get roasted when it isn't bitter cold, I have to have it on. What do I have to fix to have no heat come out of the vents when the dial is set to off?
