The instrument cluster and the center air vent both need to come out in order to access all of the switch's mounting screws. (One screw is accessed from the instrument cluster hole, and two through the air vent hole.) You will also need to carefully pry off the bezel around the outside of the switch. Alldata recommends removing and replacing the switch through the air vent.
