Auto Plus Strengthens Distribution Portfolio With An Acquisition In Maryland

This acquisition expands Auto Plus' footprint in Maryland to 19 stores.

KENNESAW, Ga. — Auto Plus President and Chief Executive Officer Brent Windom announced the acquisition of East End Auto Parts in Hagerstown, Md. This acquisition expands Auto Plus’ footprint in Maryland to 19 stores.

“The acquisition of East End Auto Parts adds to our distribution model and expands our footprint in the western Maryland market,” said Windom. “As we pursue our rapid growth plan across the U.S., we will continue to identify key markets where our density can be increased. East End Auto Parts is a welcome addition to our corporate store group.”

The acquisition of East End Auto Parts was finalized on Dec. 14, 2015.

Windom added, “We are on trck with our expansion plans, and look forward to continued growth in strategic markets.”
