Federated Member KOI Auto Parts To Host Annual Cavalcade Of Customs

Custom car show and training expo set for Jan. 11-13 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

STAUNTON, Va. – KOI Auto Parts and Federated Auto Parts are teaming up again to host the 53rd annual Cavalcade of Customs and Training Expo in Cincinnati, Ohio. The annual event is scheduled for Jan. 11-13 at the Duke Energy Convention Center.

“The Cavalcade of Customs gets better every year, as we have added several special events and increased the number of training classes we are offering,” said Dave Wesselman, president of KOI Auto Parts. “Because the Cavalcade of Customs is one of the premier custom car shows in the Midwest, we expect thousands of fans, including hundreds of our customers, to enjoy a great weekend of custom cars, hot rods and motorcycles, along with great celebrity guest appearances, live music, show specials from KOI and much more.”

This year’s KOI training workshops will feature classes for professional mechanical, body shop and management customers taught by qualified instructors from Federated and KOI manufacturing partners such as Federal-Mogul, Dorman, Standard, ACDelco, Four Seasons, Bosch, Motorcraft, Denso, Gates, Monroe, Motorcraft, Moog, Remy, Davico, Brembo, Kost USA, CRP Industries, Specialty Alignment, DuPont Refinish, PPG Paint and MMM Automotive. KOI customers will receive a three-day admission pass to the show, plus all classes, lunches and an incentive and savings booklet for a great low price.

“We have received tremendous feedback from our customers over the years on how much they have enjoyed and benefitted from our training classes during the Cavalcade, so we are excited to be able to expand our offerings in 2013,” added Wesselman.

A vendor area outside the classrooms will display products and information to help KOI customers learn more about supplier product lines. The vendor area will house more than 60 booths, including an on-site Federated Car Care Center booth for current and potential customers wanting to find out more about the benefits of becoming a member.
