When Max Gordon was young, he was crazy about cars. Today, he’s rather blasé about them but couldn’t envision life apart from Gordon Auto Parts and Battery Mart, his third-generation business that dates back to the wooden-car-wheel era, reports Michael Burke of The Journal Times.
“Although the business has been expanded once, it has never moved from 1400 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive,” Burke writes.
