Power steering pump pulley for this application is OEM Toyota # 44311-60060, but I find no interchange to an aftermarket number. Looks like it was only used 1990-1992.

Timing was fixed, and the timing could easily be set, as long as the technician could line up top-dead-center on cylinder No. 1 and line up the mark on the crankshaft pulley.
