Advance Auto Parts announced a partnership with Mechanic Advisor to provide Advance Professional customers with enhanced solutions to efficiently manage their shop marketing programs and relationship with motorists seeking vehicle repair services. 

Mechanic Advisor is a leading customer-relationship-management (CRM) platform specifically developed for auto shops to meet the unique marketing needs of shop owners within Advance’s network. From email marketing and real-time texting with customers to online advertising, appointment scheduling and telematics, Mechanic Advisor’s robust suite of features help repair shops increase repeat revenue growth by staying in contact and building relationships with new and existing customers, according to Advance.
