Advance Auto Parts To Report First Quarter Earnings May 24

In March, the company announced plans to open 75 to 80 new stores in 2017 as well as a new state-of-the-art distribution center.

Advance Auto Parts will report its 2017 first quarter results before market open on Wednesday, May 24, 2017.

The stock was trading today at $144 per share.

In March, the company announced plans to open 75 to 80 new stores in 2017 as well as a new state-of-the-art distribution center. With that announcement, the company said it intended to hire more than 15,000 team members throughout its portfolio of companies, which includes Advance Auto Parts, Carquest, WORLDPAC and Autopart International.

During the fourth quarter of 2016, the company experienced higher than expected sales increase year over year.
