Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance Appoints New Director Of IT At Alliance Parts Warehouse

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance has announced the hiring of Anne Coffin as director of information technology at Alliance Parts Warehouse (APW). APW, which is headquartered in Little Rock, Ark., is a multi-purpose enterprise that is owned jointly by all shareholders of the Alliance.

“I’ve worked with Anne for many years on various industry technology related projects and am delighted to have the opportunity to add her to our IT team,” said Dale Hopkins, vice president and CIO of the Alliance.  “Her broad systems, catalog, infrastructure and software development prowess coupled with her project management expertise will add a strategic dimension to our IT capabilities.”

Coffin’s background includes major consulting engagements with companies as varied as IBM, Georgia Pacific and Dana Corp., when she was president and owner of Kaleidoscope Systems. After serving as CIO of Beck/Arnley Worldparts Corp., she established BlueWing Resource Group, where she was president.

“I look forward to working with what is clearly the most innovative IT team in the aftermarket,” said Coffin. “They have shared with me some of the plans and direction at APW and I am excited about the progressive technologies we will be deploying.”
