LAKE FOREST, Ill. – Technicians, counter professionals and do-it-yourselfers now have a one-stop shop to learn about “everything” related to water pumps, according to Airtex and ASC Industries. The two brands have launched a new website, WaterPumpU.com, created to provide the latest advances in diagnostic and procedural information and technical support for water pump replacement.

According to Airtex and ASC, the online resource, known as Water Pump U, will offer real-time educational assistance as well as continuous customer service with current and in-depth information and water pump replacement support. Technicians, parts pros and DIYers can visit the website for the latest how-to videos on diagnostics, application-specific installations and cooling system issues, as well as technical service bulletins and more.

The companies say the site was created in response to the void in comprehensive information about today’s complex cooling systems, leading to misdiagnosis and overall difficulty during repair work. Water Pump U was created to keep up with the evolving technology and alleviate these pain points.

“Our constant research and development as a water pump manufacturer provides us with up-to-date knowledge on today’s changing vehicles,” said Brandon Kight, director of marketing and program development, Airtex and ASC Industries. “We felt it was important to share that knowledge and provide a place where technicians, counter people and DIYers can go to get the answers they need when they need it.”

Water Pump U is created and managed by the professionals at Airtex and ASC Industries, calling upon 75 years of automotive aftermarket and automotive OEM experience.
