Alliance Promotes Laurel Olguin To Marketing Coordinator

Olguin will be a direct point of contact for Alliance events, meetings, promotions and other administrative efforts for Auto Value and Bumper to Bumper headquarters in San Antonio.

The Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance announced the promotion of Laurel Olguin to the new position of marketing coordinator of events, promotions and administration, effective Oct. 1.  

Olguin will be a direct point of contact for Alliance events, meetings, promotions and other administrative efforts for Auto Value and Bumper to Bumper headquarters in San Antonio.

“Laurel is an integral part of our Marketing and Sales efforts here at the Alliance.” said JC Washbish, vice president of sales & marketing for the Alliance. “Laurel has grown within the department and has proven invaluable to the success of Auto Value & Bumper to Bumper sweepstakes, promotions as well as working our meetings and industry events. Her diligence and commitment to excellence is evident as she brings professionalism to our office, our shareholders, our valued channel partners and our customers.”

Olguin joined the Alliance in December of 2018 as a marketing administrator and has been involved with multiple sweepstakes and industry events including the Technician of the Year event, which highlights the top techs in the Certified Service Center program, and the Alliance Summer and Winter Shareholder meetings. Now in her new role as marketing coordinator, Olguin will be responsible for the coordination of future events and promotions, including the Alliance’s upcoming 2022 Aftermarket Jackpot: High Stakes Edition Convention in Las Vegas.

A 2016 graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, Olguin holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a focus in sport and event tourism management.
