MERRITT ISLAND, Fla. — Arnott Air Suspension Products has announced the introduction of both a remanufactured Front Right and remanufactured Front Left Air Strut Assembly for the 2006-2011 C6 Chassis Audi A6, A6 quattro, Avant, and S6. The immediate availability of these remanufactured OE Audi parts marks another milestone in the continuing expansion of the company’s industry-leading line of high quality, affordable air suspension replacement parts for luxury cars, trucks, and SUVs.
 
The OE part numbers for the Front Right Air Strut Assembly: 4F0 616 040 AA, 4F0 616 040 S, and 4F0616040. The OE part numbers for the Front Left Air Strut Assembly: 4F0 616 039 AA, 4F0 616 039 S, and 4F0616039.
 
Each air spring retails for $569, and a refundable $100 core deposit applies for each. Arnott’s part number for the Front Right Air Strut Assembly is AS-2743. Arnott’s part number for the companion Front Left Air Strut Assembly is AS-2744. In North America, both assemblies are backed by Arnott’s Limited Lifetime Warranty; they are covered by a Two-Year Limited Warranty in the rest of the world. A detailed Installation Manual is included to ensure a safe and successful install.
 
How Arnott Does It
 
Each strut assembly is thoroughly tested, cleaned, painted, and rebuilt with a new rubber air spring bladder manufactured by Continental ContiTech. Arnott’s painstaking remanufacturing process includes adding a new protective aluminum air sleeve, bump stop, crimping rings, dust boot, check valve and terminal plug.
