GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Auto-Wares Group of Companies announced that it will be acquiring Chet Nichols Inc. of Benton Harbor, Mich. This acquisition includes six store locations in southwest Michigan. Chet Nichols has been a family owned company in business since 1930.
