Auto-Wares To Acquire United Automotive Supply Co. Of Warren, Mich.

The acquisition includes the Warren distribution center and five stores marketed under the Maxi Automotive Supply name. United Automotive Supply Co. has been a family owned Michigan business since 1930.

 

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Auto-Wares Group of Companies announced today that it will be acquiring United Automotive Supply Co. of Warren, Mich. The acquisition includes the Warren distribution center and five stores marketed under the Maxi Automotive Supply name. United Automotive Supply Co. has been a family owned Michigan business since 1930.
