The NCTS kicked off Thursday, March 6 with an opening evening reception at Lux on the top floor of the M Resort, followed by two days of intensive training and a closing dinner on Saturday, March 8.

Autologic training included BMW, Mini, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Land Rover, Volvo and Volkswagen/Audi car lines. WORLDPAC Training Institute (WTI) provided advanced technical classes on BMW, Mini, Volvo, Mercedes and shop management.

New in 2014, the NCTS introduced three “hands-on” demonstration classes including Mercedes Engine 272 Repair with Jeff Henschel, 722.9 Transmission with Nathan Canson and BMW Panorama Roof with Luke Murray.

“Two of the things that separate Autologic from our competitors are our world-class technical support and the extensive training we provide for our customers,” said Kevin FitzPatrick, CEO Autologic Diagnostics Inc. “The NCTS delivers a ton of valuable technical training in a span of a few days and continues to prove it is an important annual event for both Autologic and our customers. Our NCTS event, with the ongoing support of WORLDPAC and the WORLDPAC Training Institute, continues to grow in popularity, selling out for the third year in a row.”

Autologic instructors included: Caleb Pacheco, Justin Kidd, Tom Morgan, Dave Meseck, Steve Young, Dan Calleja and Jeff Henschel teaching classes on Porsche, CIP, Mini, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class, BMW and Mercedes Engine 272 Repair, respectively.

"WORLDPAC supports national events like NCTS because it brings outstanding training directly to many of the premier service centers in North America," said Mario Recchia, senior vice president, marketing, WORLDPAC. "The class materials were relevant to today’s vehicles and taught by some of the industry’s leading instructors. Our relationship with Autologic strengthens one of our company’s core principles to support our customers and to help them be the very best today and in the future."

WORLDPAC says its involvement with the NCTS demonstrates the ongoing relationship between the two companies in delivering top-notch technical training to Autologic customers.

Many raffle prizes given out during the event supported training activities, including Bentley Manuals for BMW, Porsche and Mini, a Samsung Galaxy 10.1 tablet, an all-expenses-paid trip to WORLDPAC’s exclusive 2014 Supplier & Training Expo (STX), as well as free Autologic software support for one year.
