Autologue Computer Systems Acquires Midnight Marketing Ltd.

Company says acquisition will offer expanded marketing expertise to Autologue parts distributor customers.

BUENA PARK, Calif. – Autologue Computer Systems Inc., a recognized leader in providing technology to the automotive aftermarket industry, has acquired Midnight Marketing Ltd., an advertising firm with 30 years experience servicing a variety of businesses, including some Fortune 500 companies with e-c8ommerce design, branding and print management solutions.

Autologue says it believes everyone needs quality marketing for their businesses to grow. “We are very excited about the opportunity to expand our national marketing footprint with this addition to the Autologue family," said Jim Franco, president/CEO of Autologue. "Autologue and Midnight Marketing share the same set of values in providing quality products and delivering outstanding customer service. We’re extremely happy to offer innovative marketing solutions to our clients, at prices that are well within their budget. Our No. 1 reason for acquiring a marketing firm is to help our parts distributors increase their communication and relationship with their professional technicians.”

Autologue’s eMarketing staff will work with its customers to define specific needs by collecting information, evaluating competitors, determining target audiences and providing incentive promotions, including rebates, contests, reward cards and loyalty programs. Autologue says it also recognizes the value in helping its customers help their customers with marketing tools. Autologue plans to assist parts distributors in promoting the use of eMarketing tools to their professional technicians, helping increase their customer base. The company says this business model empowers chain-reaction results that build stronger ties between Autologue and its parts distributors, the parts distributors and their professional technicians and their customers, the car owners.

Autologue’s current marketing strategies include email blasts, landing pages, links, websites and social media tools that increase knowledge, build trust and provide consistent communication, ultimately developing a loyal business relationship, the company says. According to Autologue, eMarketing can leverage the best marketing techniques to solve the everyday challenges in this ever-changing business climate – from the single store jobbers to the large multi-location facilities. “In today’s ever-changing economy, it has never been more important to effectively market your business,” Franco concluded.
