Automotive Brake Component Manufacturer NUCAP Industries Names New CEO

Since joining Nucap in 2004, Montu Khokhar has spearheaded major business strategies, expanded NUCAP’s divisions globally and successfully launched the latest startup company, Grip Metal Inc., the company said.

TORONTO — NUCAP Industries Inc. has announced the appointment of Montu Khokhar to the position of Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Khokhar previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer with responsibilities for global operations.

Since joining Nucap in 2004, Khokhar has spearheaded major business strategies, expanded NUCAP’s divisions globally and successfully launched the latest startup company, Grip Metal Inc., the company said.

“Montu understands my vision, he has proven to have imagination and drive to execute it,” said Ray Arbesman, who was serving as Nucap’s president and CEO and will remain as chairman of the company.

“There are many opportunities ahead for NUCAP, which is a sophisticated technology company, and we must seize them with speed, clarity and performance excellence in everything we do. My first priority is to fast-track our ability to provide service excellence and introduce innovative products and processes to our customers,” Khokhar said.
