BBB Industries Acquires Undercar Express

Cleveland-based Undercar Express has been sustainably manufacturing calipers for almost 25 years, according to BBB.

BBB Industries announced that it has acquired certain assets of Undercar Express LLC and Undercar Express Export Co.

Cleveland-based Undercar Express (UCX) has been sustainably manufacturing calipers for almost 25 years, according to BBB. 

“We are pleased to announce the acquisition of UCX as we continue to provide high-quality products to our broad customer base,” BBB CEO Duncan Gillis said. “I am excited to bring added value to our existing and new customer relationships.”

“UCX has been supplying premium sustainably manufactured calipers to the automotive aftermarket for over two decades, and it is exciting that we can continue to build upon these well-established relationships,” said Andreas Reger, president of BBB’s undercar business unit. “Our customers are at the center of everything we do, and this acquisition allows BBB to further deliver product and service excellence to each of them.”

BBB Industries is a Daphne, Alabama-based remanufacturer of starters, alternators, hydraulic and air disc brake calipers, hydraulic and electronic power-steering products and turbochargers.

Through Industrial Metalcaucho SLU, BBB also supplies the automotive aftermarket with an assortment of rubber, metal and rubber-to-metal products across more than 64 countries.
