GERMANTOWN, Tenn. — Auto-Pak Ltd, doing business as Benson Auto Parts, has joined the Automotive Distribution Network. Benson Auto Parts is a 100-percent Canadian-owned chain of independent automotive parts stores based in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada.

“This is a beneficial situation for everyone involved,” said Mike Lambert, president of the Network. “We’re confident that Benson will provide us with valuable  representation in their area as we continue to grow  ourselves.”

Benson Auto Parts was founded in 1953 and now has 70 Auto Parts stores across Western Quebec and Eastern Ontario, in addition to fully equipped machine shops, tire centers, truck shops and a large distribution center in Cornwall. The business is now owned by the third generation of the Benson family, Marty Benson.

“We’ve been stepping up our marketing and purchasing efforts the last few years and joining the Network is the next logical step for us,” Benson said.

“We feel that this move will not only help strengthen our existing customer base but enable us to expand into other segments.”
