FT. WORTH, Texas – Employees of CARDONE Industries gathered this week at the historic Fort Worth Hilton for the company’s annual national sales conference. The theme for this year’s event was “Blaze the Trail.”

Michael Cardone III opened the conference with Kevin Cramton, CEO, and other executive leadership to address future plans to work closely with the company’s channel partners to yield increased returns that benefit both parties. Several new product categories also were announced and will be introduced at AAPEX later this year.

Cramton presented ongoing plans, which include heavy investment in CARDONE’s core operating business; category management development; and demand-planning initiatives to drive improved customer satisfaction. Also discussed was the evolving role of CARDONE’s salespeople.

George Dunham, EVP of sales and marketing, announced the following changes to the sales division to better align the company with its channel partners:

Dan Billie has been promoted to senior vice president of sales. Previously responsible for half of CARDONE’s sales, he now leads the entire sales division.
