SOUTHFIELD, Mich. — Federal-Mogul Motorparts’ iconic Champion Spark Plug brand is ready to crown more vehicle royalty with the return of the popular Champion “King of the Road” contest. The contest again will pay out a total of $10,000 to owners of the hottest rides across North America.

Federal-Mogul Motorparts, a division of Federal-Mogul Holdings Corp., will award 10 weekly $500 cash prizes and a $5,000 grand prize to winners as judged by members of the “Performance Driven” Champion online community. Consumers can vote weekly for their favorite ride, with each round’s winners receiving $500 and an automatic entry into the $5,000 “King of the Road” grand-prize round.

Consumers can enter the contest by submitting one or more digital photographs and interesting background information about their vehicles through the “King of the Road” link at www.AlwaysaChampion.com. The “King of the Road” contest opens for entries May 11, 2015, and voting begins May 18, 2015.
