LONG BEACH, Calif. – The National Pronto Association has honored DENSO Products and Services Americas, Inc. (DPAM) with its highest award, Supplier of the Year, for 2015. Additionally, the association named DPAM its Mexico Supplier of the Year for the third consecutive year since the award was introduced in 2013.

The Supplier of Year Award tops all other categories in which the National Pronto Association — a network of independent automotive aftermarket warehouse distributors, auto parts stores and auto service centers — recognizes industry leaders. Association members across the United States, Mexico and Canada base the awards on product quality, profitability, delivery performance, service, and support and marketing programs, among other criteria.

“DENSO prides itself on the quality, reliability and value of its products, and rightfully so,” said National Pronto Association President Bill Maggs, who presented the awards along with Vice Presidents Mike Mohler and Robert Roos. “Backed by top-notch people and service, DENSO products have earned the highest recognition from our members whose success depends on working with the best,” Maggs said.

“We value our relationships with Pronto members and are deeply honored to be chosen for their top award,” said Frank Cisek, senior manager of DPAM’s Aftermarket Sales Group. “DENSO is committed to earning our customers’ satisfaction every day, and this distinction inspires us to redouble our efforts.”

The National Pronto Association presented the awards Sept. 29 during its annual Fall Conference in Chicago, Ill.

The 2015 honors build on DPAM’s track record of excellence with the National Pronto Association. DPAM earned the group’s Original Equipment (OE) Supplier of the Year award 8 of the last 10 years.
