Federated to be Title Sponsor of World of Outlaws Memorial Day Event

Federated Sponsors World of Outlaws Memorial Day Event

Race is set for May 29 at Lawrenceburg Speedway in Indiana.

As part of its World of Outlaws sponsorship, Federated Auto Parts will be the title sponsor of the Federated World of Outlaws Memorial Day Spectacular on May 29 at the Lawrenceburg Speedway in Indiana. In addition, Federated also will serve as the primary sponsor of Logan Schuchart’s Shark Racing No. 1 sprint car for the race.

“Our World of Outlaws sponsorship began in February, and we have been thrilled with the response from our members, customers and vendor partners as well as race fans across the country,” said J.R. Bishop, director of event marketing and member services for Federated. “The Memorial Day Spectacular is one of the top events on the World of Outlaws schedule and to be the primary sponsor for Logan’s car that night is an added bonus.”

Federated is in the first year of a multi-year agreement to sponsor the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car work area, select races and also serve as title sponsor for the DIRTcar Nationals. The Memorial Day Spectacular is the third of six World of Outlaws races this season that Federated will serve as the title sponsor.

In addition, at every World of Outlaws Sprint Car race this season, the work area at each track is designated as the Federated Car Care Work Zone. Not only is the work zone a key element to every race, giving drivers and teams a space to work on their cars during a race, it also serves as one of the best representations of camaraderie in the sport. No matter the car, fans always see several teams pitch in and share parts to help with any issue.

The Federated World of Outlaws Memorial Day Spectacular and all World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series can be viewed on DIRTVision.
