Fenix Parent LLC, operating as Fenix Parts, a leading recycler and reseller of original equipment manufacturer automotive parts, announced recently the closing of the acquisition of the assets of All Pro Auto Parts in Auburndale, Florida.

This is the second acquisition completed by Fenix Parts since the company was acquired by affiliates of Stellex Capital Management LP in April 2018.

“We are pleased to announce the acquisition of All Pro Auto Parts and we are excited about the addition of its talented team to the Fenix family,” said Bill Stevens, CEO of Fenix Parts. “All Pro is a high-volume auto recycler that meets all of our acquisition criteria. Their strong leadership, strategically located facility and total addressable market will allow us to expand our dismantling, warehouse and distribution capabilities in the Southeast region and benefit current and new customers.”
