“This acquisition is a great opportunity to secure our position in the marketplace with incredible inventory availability and expanded resources, while at the same time partnering with a company that shares our tradition of providing outstanding service to our customers,” said Neuser. “In addition, it will provide security and growth opportunities for our employees, many of whom have been with our company for generations. Fisher is a highly respected organization with a strong history and tremendous growth record that will adeptly position our stores for continued success in the future.”

“We are excited about partnering with the Ridge & Kramer organization,” said Fisher. “We believe that opportunities exist to enhance availability based on the proximity of our regional warehouses and other store locations, continue the strong Federated marketing programs and focus on many other areas where we can leverage our collective resources. We share the same core values and philosophies that have served their organization for 78 years and look forward to leveraging the best of both organizations for the benefit of our customers.”

Founded in 1929 by Blair Coiner, Bo Fisher’s grandfather, Fisher Auto Parts has more than 3,300 employees in 18 states, with approximately 400 company-owned locations, plus significant independent jobber business.
