LONG BEACH, Calif. GB Remanufacturing Inc. announced that it has completed renovations on a recently acquired remanufacturing facility in Long Beach, Calif. The company says this new 18,000-square-foot facility provides additional capacity to accommodate GB’s strong growth over the past five years, as well as anticipated future growth.
The new location at 2040 E. Cherry Industrial Circle is located just three buildings down the block from GB’s original, 8,400-square-foot facility, which remains in operation.
This new facility, which started operations on July 5, will provide GB Remanufacturing with increased space for production, raw materials, core storage and research and development.
Commenting on the new facility, GB President and CEO Michael Kitching, stated, “Our new facility is a major milestone in our company’s 26-year history. It is a great day for our company, and our employees. This new building is the direct result of a lot of hard work and effort from our employees. That, along with the strong relationships we’ve built with our customer base, has allowed us to expand into this state-of-the-art facility. We couldn’t be any more proud.”
