GenNext to Present Webinar on Future of Heavy-Duty Aftermarket

Ever wonder what the future of the heavy-duty aftermarket will look like?

GenNext, a nonprofit organization formed in 2014 to help fill open positions in the heavy-duty aftermarket, will feature one of the industry’s top experts in a webinar tackling this question.

The webinar, scheduled to take place at 1 p.m. EDT on Thursday, Sept. 13, is titled “The Future of the Aftermarket in 30 Minutes.” The event is open to everyone.

Guest speaker John Blodgett, vice president of sales and marketing for MacKay and Co., will spend about 30 minutes reviewing commercial-vehicle trends that include a look at the current economy and its impact on the current truck economy. Factors impacting the aftermarket, shifts in the marketplace and the composition of the aftermarket also will be covered.
