KYB Americas Corp. Wins Communications Award For e-Learning Newsletter

The newsletter is a key support component of KYB’s Certified Ride Control Center Program and is intended to broaden the communication link between KYB and professional automotive service providers across the U.S. and Canada.

KYB Americas Corp. received an Automotive Communications Award (ACA) for business to business communications excellence at the 2013 Automotive Aftermarket Parts Expo in Las Vegas. ACA awards are administered and sponsored by the CAR Care Council Women’s Board and the Automotive Communications Council. These two organizations recognize outstanding efforts in advertising, marketing, merchandising and PR.

The award recognized KYB’s business to business (manufacturer to service provider) e-Learning Newsletter. The newsletter is a key support component of KYB’s Certified Ride Control Center Program and is intended to broaden the communication link between KYB and professional automotive service providers across the U.S. and Canada. In addition to offering tips and advice on successful ride control sales methods at the service counter, the newsletter includes ride control technical topics, as well as photo insights about KYB’s OEA manufacturing processes.

To receive the Ride Control Expert Series newsletter, service providers must either be a member of KYB’s Certified Ride Control Center Program or be on KYB’s mail-to list. The newsletter provides an exclusive channel for top level service providers to receive ride control information, training, and news not available anywhere else.

“We are very excited that a vital component of our Certified Ride Control Center Program was recognized with an award during industry week this year,” said KYB’s Marketing Manager Kyle Freund. “Our e-Learning Newsletter has received tremendous feedback from both service providers as well as our distribution channel partners. This is just one more example of how we help the service provider earn sales and improve their reputation by understanding the purpose and high standards of the parts they install.”
