The new MEYLE-HD flex disc comes with optimized winding technology that reduces inner friction and heat, according to the company.
The disc’s improved thread stability ensures a superior breaking load and high-torque resistance up to 3,000 Nm for a longer service life, according to Hamburg, Germany-based MEYLE.
The disc’s rubber compound is resistant to temperatures of up to 270 F.
“Cut to the chase: MEYLE-HD flex disc scores with outstanding product characteristics for a longer service life compared to OE,” the company added in a news release.
The part is backed by a four-year warranty, as is the case for all MEYLE-HD parts.
