If you’re a fan of the show “Breaking Bad” or its spinoff, “Better Call Saul,” you know him as Mike Ehrmantraut, the ex-cop who moves to Albuquerque for a quieter life – and becomes the ultimate fixer for Saul Goodman and the drug cartel.
His real name is Jonathan Banks, and Lake Forest, Ill.-based FRAM Filtration has tapped the actor to be the face of its new marketing campaign.
Meet “Frampa” – a salty sage who teaches the next generation of DIYers to do right by their cars.
“FRAM is taking a bold step to break through to millennial consumers with this campaign,” said Josh Gordon, vice president of marketing for FRAM. “Millennials respect authenticity and Frampa’s direct, no-nonsense style really delivers.”
