Old World Industries Acquires The Automotive Division Of EiKO Global

Old World Industries will begin selling the company’s lineup of miniature and automotive lamps and automotive forward lighting immediately, while retaining the management team from EiKO to ensure the seamless transition and ongoing support of the business.

NORTHBROOK, Ill. — Old World Industries – the makers of PEAK Antifreeze Coolant and Motor Oil, BlueDEF Diesel Exhaust Fluid, Final Charge Heavy-Duty Coolant and Herculiner Bed Liner products — has announced the acquisition of the automotive lighting business of EiKO Global LLC, a North American-based manufacturer and distributor of lighting products. Effective immediately, the transaction will bring an expanded portfolio of high-quality automotive and heavy-duty lighting products to Old World Industries customers in more than 50 countries around the world, the company said.

EiKO has participated in the automotive aftermarket segment since 1991, with products including halogen headlamp capsules, HID headlights, miniature lamps, sealed beam sand and other automotive lighting, while providing full breadth vehicle coverage across all product categories. Old World Industries will begin selling the company’s lineup of miniature and automotive lamps and automotive forward lighting immediately, while retaining the management team from EiKO to ensure the seamless transition and ongoing support of the business. EiKO was represented by Angle Advisors in the transaction.
