Parts Authority, a member of the National Pronto Association, has acquired Total Automotive Warehouse.
The transaction closed Dec. 6.
Yonkers, New York-based Total Automotive has been in business for more than 25 years. Total Automotive shares Parts Authority’s commitment to excellent customer service, according to Randy Buller, president and CEO of Parts Authority.
“Jerry and Billy have done a terrific job with this business over the years,” Buller said. “Acquiring Total Automotive was the perfect opportunity to expand our footprint in the Westchester county. We are excited for this partnership and welcome our new team members to the Parts Authority family.”
Lake Success, New York-based Parts Authority has more than 150 locations across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Ohio, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Arizona, California and the Pacific Northwest. Over the past several years, Parts Authority has acquired more than a dozen companies as part of its expansion initiative.
