"For one race only, the Parts Plus logo and colors will once again be flying around one of the most famous racetracks in the country, as part of a special arrangement with Red Horse Racing and team owner Tom DeLoach," said Mike Lambert, president of the Automotive Distribution Network.

GERMANTOWN, Tenn. — Parts Plus will help kick off the first event of the 2013 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series as the primary sponsor of the No. 17 Tundra driven by Timothy Peters in the NextEra Energy Resources 250 at Daytona International Raceway on Feb. 22, according to Mike Lambert, president of the Automotive Distribution Network.

“For one race only, the Parts Plus logo and colors will once again be flying around one of the most famous racetracks in the country, as part of a special arrangement with Red Horse Racing and team owner Tom DeLoach,” Lambert said. “We’re proud to be featured on the truck of one of the top drivers heading into the 2013 season, offering unique exposure for our Parts Plus members, auto stores and Car Care Centers nationwide.”

In 2012, Peters finished second in the championship points and never fell out of the top three. Along the way, the No. 17 driver tallied two wins, 10 top-five finishes and 16 top- 10s, including a memorable flag-to-flag run to take the checkered flag at Bristol.

The season opener in the NASCAR Truck Series airs Friday, Feb. 22, at 7 p.m. ET on SPEED.

Operating under the brands of Parts Plus, IAPA, Auto Pride, CMB and Network Products, the Automotive Distribution Network is one of the largest, most diverse program groups in the industry.
