Power Heavy Duty Welcomes Mid-South Power Distributors to Network

Mid-South Power Distributors specializes in diesel engine parts and components, and it offers a service shop for all vehicles.

Power Heavy Duty recently welcomed Mid-South Power Distributors to its distributor network. Mid-South Power Distributors, located in Memphis, Tennessee, is an independently owned distributor who specializes in replacement diesel engine parts and components.

In addition to parts distribution, Mid-South Power Distributors also operates a 5-bay service shop for Class 1-8 vehicles, including three-quarter-ton trucks and above. Services include transmission, wheel end, engine, fuel injection, radiator and A/C work.

“Mid-South Power Distributors is a strategic addition to the Power Heavy Duty network for their ability to serve their local markets,” said Jim Pennig, vice president of business development, VIPAR Heavy Duty. “We welcome them to the group and look forward to a long and productive partnership.”

Mid-South Power Distributors operates out of a newly-renovated, 60,000-square-foot warehouse. The company’s current customer base includes shops, fleets, city, county and state entities, as well as customers in agriculture, marine and construction equipment industries.
