BETHESDA, Md. – Carm Capriotto, creator and host of the “Remarkable Results Radio” podcast, is the winner of the Auto Care Association’s 2017 Mort Schwartz Excellence in Education Award.

Capriotto’s podcast, which spotlights the personal achievements of automotive aftermarket professionals, has become “the voice of the aftermarket,” the Auto Care Association noted.

“I’m changing the behavior of how aftermarket professionals get their ideas, insight and inspiration to move their business and personal goals forward,” said Capriotto. “Through storytelling, I’m helping aftermarket professionals achieve remarkable results.”

Capriotto released his 260th episode in September, and continues to create valuable podcasts in which listeners can “listen to learn just one thing.”

The Auto Care Association Education Committee presented the award during the Oct. 7 Leadership Luncheon, which was part of the association’s Fall Leadership Days in San Francisco.

The Mort Schwartz Excellence in Education Award goes to “the individual, auto care company or educational institution that best advances the concepts and programs for education and continuing education in the North American auto care industry,” according to the Auto Care Association.
