Richard Bloomfield Named VP Of Sales At HELLA’s Corporate Center

Based in Plymouth, Mich., Bloomfield has responsibility for further strengthening customer relationships in HELLA's automotive electronics and lighting businesses.

PLYMOUTH, Mich. – Richard Bloomfield has been named vice president of sales at HELLA’s Corporate Center in Plymouth, Mich.
 
Based in Plymouth, Bloomfield has responsibility for further strengthening customer relationships in HELLA’s automotive electronics and lighting businesses. He also will focus on helping to position the company for additional growth in strategic product areas, including energy management, driver assistance and lighting.
 
Prior to joining HELLA, he held the position of assistant general manager of sales and marketing at North American Lighting in Farmington Hills, Mich. While at North American Lighting, he also served as a senior OEM sales manager and senior account manager.
 
Bloomfield began his career in 1985 as a sales account representative at Crawford Products in Columbus, Ohio. He went on to serve as a sales account manager at Cherry Commercial Fastening Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Textron.
 
A native of Westerville, Ohio, Bloomfield holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in Dearborn. He lives in Novi, Mich.
