Rislone Hy-per Diesel Prevents Gelling In Cold Weather

The fuel-system treatment is designed to keep diesel engines running at peak performance.

In cold weather, diesel fuel is more susceptible to gelling and freezing, which could prevent a vehicle from starting, leaving drivers stranded.

New Rislone Hy-per Diesel complete fuel-system treatment is designed to keep diesel engines running at peak performance so drivers don’t have to face a breakdown in the dead of winter.

Formulated with a proprietary blend of additives that increase vehicle power, performance and mileage, Hy-per Diesel fuel-system treatment (P/N 4740) is a complete fuel-system tune-up strong enough for heavy-duty diesel engines, but packaged for easy installation in cars, SUVs, vans and pickup trucks. It is designed to improve the quality of diesel fuel by increasing its cleaning ability, boosting cetane, adding lubrication, removing contaminants, fighting corrosion and helping to prevent the fuel from gelling and going bad.

A single dual-cavity bottle of Hy-per Diesel fuel-system treatment contains the equivalent of a full bottle each of six important additives that work together to clean, lubricate and protect diesel engines:

  1. Injector and complete fuel-system cleaner
  2. Anti-gel cold flow improver
  3. Fuel stabilizer and conditioner
  4. Cetane booster and diesel treatment
  5. ULSD sulfur substitute
  6. UCL pump and injector lubricant.

Rislone Hy-per Diesel complete fuel-system treatment eliminates black smoke, fuel gelling, clogged injectors, rough idle and hard starts. It works with ultra-low-sulfur diesel, regular diesel and biodiesel fuel blends, as well as direct-injected, indirect-injected, turbo direct-injected, high-pressure common rail and turbocharged engines.

“Many people driving diesel-powered vehicles don’t realize that diesel engines have different needs than gas engines,” said Clay Parks, vice president of development for Rislone. “Help your customers keep their diesel-powered vehicles running cleaner and more efficiently by recommending Rislone Hy-per Diesel Fuel System Treatment. It’s formulated to meet the specific needs of diesel-powered vehicles and is easy for anyone to install in just minutes.”

Rislone Hy-per Diesel complete fuel-system treatment features a patented disposable spout that makes it easy to install without spilling. The spout has been designed to fit only diesel fuel tanks, to prevent the product from being accidentally installed in a gasoline system. It also is compatible with mis-fueling devices that prevent the installation of gasoline in diesel-powered vehicles.
