Sanel Auto Parts, More Than Wheels Announce Auto Tech Award Winner

Award nominations were received for auto technicians and businesses in New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine.

CONCORD, N.H. – Jeff Viens has been presented with the Auto Tech Award sponsored by Sanel Auto Parts Co. and More Than Wheels Inc. The award was presented to Viens at his business, Jeff’s Lex Toy LLC, in Londonderry, N.H. In addition to the award, Viens received a $500 gift certificate to Sanel Auto Parts Co.

More Than Wheels is an award-winning, not-for-profit that helps consumers with damaged credit secure the best deal on a reliable, fuel-efficient car. The organization has supported thousands of New England residents since being formed in 2001. It helps people get reliable, affordable transportation by providing access to very low interest rates for their vehicle loans. The organization stipulates that clients complete educational opportunities to help them increase their financial skills as part of the process in securing loans.

More Than Wheels partners with family owned Sanel Auto Parts to present the award. Sanel Auto Parts, in business for the past 95 years, is a leading automotive, heavy-duty truck, and paint and body shop parts supplier in northern New England with retail locations in New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. Award nominations were received for auto technicians and businesses in New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. The award is presented quarterly from nominations made on WGIR FM’s website.

In his nomination, Vien’s customer John Irvin wrote,“Jeff and his staff always go out of their way to make you happy! They keep you informed of what needs to done and what can wait. Never tries to do something you don’t really need, always has a loaner car ready for me. I don’t have to hang around, waiting to be seen. Just drop off my car, get into my loaner and off I go! Car is ready when they say, and they always follow up the next day to see if I’m happy with the work they did!”

“Taking exemplary care of customers, as Jeff clearly does, resonates with us. We know how important excellent customer service is,” noted David  Segal, president of Sanel Auto Parts. “With More Than Wheels, we created this recognition as a way to showcase the values and beliefs we have for customer service through the wonderful auto technicians out there. Jeff is a credit to his profession, and we congratulate him on the strong reputation he has with his customers.”

“More Than Wheels congratulates Jeff! He exemplifies the kind of auto technician everyone should have – reliable, honest and someone with real integrity,” said Terri Steingrebe, CEO of More Than Wheels. “We are honored to be able to recognize his contributions to his customers and community. Jeff certainly goes above and beyond to keep his customers’ cars on the road and in good condition, so they can carry out their day-to-day lives with less stress and worry.”
