Shop-Ware Now Integrates With MyPlace4Parts

Shop-Ware provides business solutions to automotive repair shops so they can run entirely on the cloud.

Shop-Ware has announced a partnership with the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance and its e-commerce product, MyPlace4Parts.

MyPlace4Parts is a seller of new, aftermarket parts for many applications, such as automotive, truck supplies, agricultural, marine, small engine and shop supplies.

Shop-Ware provides professional-grade business solutions to the automotive industry’s leading repair shops so they can run entirely on the cloud, phone-optional and paper-free.

This integration allows shops that source parts from Auto Value and Bumper to Bumper stores and warehouses to now purchase directly through the Shop-Ware platform. Users can create a new account or log into their online ordering system, “MyPlace4Parts,” which enables access to more than 1.9 million catalog items.

“We are proud to partner with the Alliance, including their Auto Value and Bumper to Bumper members, by integrating MyPlace4Parts to our roster of eCommerce integrators,” said Carolyn Coquillette, founder and CEO of Shop-Ware. “Shop owners will benefit from the simplified functionality of the quoting and ordering process. Having the ability to order parts directly from Shop-Ware will significantly reduce entry errors and the time and effort it takes to order from The Alliance network.”

“The Alliance is excited to add another great integration partner to our robust MyPlace4Parts platform,” said Dale Hopkins VP and CIO at the Alliance.  “Shop-Ware is an excellent solution for any shop looking to take their efficiency to the next level.”

Shop-Ware’s e-commerce integrations give shops total flexibility to order from all their favorite vendors all from one place. Shop-Ware’s seamless quoting and ordering flows save valuable time while also managing inventory with normalized eCommerce brands and part numbers, according to the company. It also offers “an unmatched inventory allocation engine to track all parts from ordering to repair orders automatically.”

“The Detroit Garage has been a close partner with The Alliance since our earliest days of business,” added Dan Groen, facility manager at the Detroit Garage. “Integrating Shop-Ware and MyPlace4Parts allows us to work directly with one of our strongest partners with greater visibility of what Auto Value has in stock for everything from brake pads to specialty tools and stocked shop supplies. This direct integration helps provide the means to accomplish further growth knowing we have the ability to standardize our supplier purchasing practices across our facilities with consistent results.”
