Standard Motor Products’ Ken Wendling Recognized By Northwood University

Presented at the 2017 AAMEA Luncheon during this year's AAPEX show, the award is reserved for industry leaders throughout the country who have made noteworthy contributions while demonstrating a substantial commitment to education within, and outside of the industry.

Standard Motor Products, Inc. (SMP) announces that Ken Wendling, Vice President, Warehouse Distribution Sales, SMP, has been recognized with Northwood University’s Automotive Aftermarket Management Education Award.

Presented at the 2017 AAMEA Luncheon during this year’s AAPEX show, the award is reserved for industry leaders throughout the country who have made noteworthy contributions while demonstrating a substantial commitment to education within, and outside of the industry. Wendling was one of eight industry leaders to receive the award.

Commenting on the announcement, Keith Pretty, Northwood University President and CEO, stated, “This award is Northwood University’s recognition of substantial dedication from these recipients over a number of years, to the educational process and the automotive aftermarket.”

Pretty added, “Our honorees devote notable time and energy to education, making a worthwhile contribution within their industry, but also outside of it.”
