AARC encourages support of its mission to fund scholarships and educational opportunities for the next generation by donating to the University of the Aftermarket Foundation, sponsoring a rider or joining AARC on this year’s epic adventure.
The Art Fisher Memorial Scholarships are administered through the University of the Aftermarket Foundation, where Federated Auto Parts serves as a Gold Lifetime Trustee.
Awarded to the employees or children of Federated Car Care members, the Federated Car Care scholarship program is funded by Fisher Auto Parts and administered by the University of the Aftermarket Foundation in memory of the late Art Fisher, founder of Federated Auto Parts.
The APA scholarships are administered by the University of the Aftermarket Foundation.
A 50-year industry veteran described by Northwood as an “icon” of the automotive aftermarket, Washbish has been leading the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance since Jan. 1, 2010.

In 2018, 305 scholarships totaling $405,000 were awarded, the foundation expects to award even more this year.
