Think Twice Before Getting Rid of Paper

As I have worked through the years in the parts business, I have found nothing more resourceful than the print catalog. I understand the argument for eliminating paper catalogs from a cost standpoint, but when you eliminate this reference source, you also eliminate the possibility of a sale that an e-catalog failed to reference.

Thanks, Counterman

I have been reading Counterman now for more than seven years. It has helped a great deal in my automotive knowledge and it’s very useful when I’m selling parts here at AutoZone.
