Twenty-Five Companies To Exhibit In AAIA Member Pavilion At New Panama Show

The participating companies represent a wide range of products and services, but all have one goal in common: to boost global competitiveness and expand into Latin America's most dynamic markets.

BETHESDA, Md. – With the April 1 application deadline quickly approaching, 25 Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) member companies have committed to exhibit in the AAIA member pavilion at the first-ever Latin Auto Parts Expo taking place July 9-11, 2014, in Panama City, Panama. The participating companies represent a wide range of products and services, but all have one goal in common – to boost global competitiveness and expand into Latin America’s most dynamic markets.

“This is an excellent opportunity for these AAIA members to open the door for exports to these rapidly growing Latin American markets,” said Kathleen Schmatz, AAIA president and CEO. “AAIA is making a concerted effort to present our member companies with opportunities to expand into new markets and diversify their client base. Member companies exhibiting in our pavilion will be able to make personal connections with key players in the region, opening up exciting new possibilities for their companies.”
 
The new show will take advantage of Panama’s strategic location as an international business center that is well-known to the Latin American business community, and target buyers from Central and South America and the Caribbean. It will be unique among existing Latin American auto parts shows, allowing exhibitors to target buyers from throughout the region in one place.  
 
In addition to populating the AAIA pavilion, AAIA also will host a member center, networking reception and will work with the Latin Auto Parts Expo to organize education sessions and other activities.
