UAF To Host Inaugural Coffee Club Networking Event At AAPEX

The exclusive event for Coffee Club members will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 3.

The University of the Aftermarket Foundation (UAF) has announced its inaugural UAF Coffee Club event at AAPEX to thank the founding members of the UAF Coffee Club, a new recurring donor program.

The exclusive event for Coffee Club members will be held 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 3, on the second-floor lobby of the Sands Expo Center.

“Hosting the first UAF Coffee Club event at AAPEX is ideal to both thank UAF Coffee Club founding members for their generosity, but also to provide a networking opportunity for those new to the industry, as well as aftermarket veterans, who have joined forces to ‘pour it forward’ to help students pursuing careers in our industry,” said Mike Buzzard, UAF trustee and chairman of the UAF Coffee Club subcommittee.  “We don’t stop at coffee; we’ll also serve tea. So, if you’re attending AAPEX, come by for a morning beverage and join the club.”

For as little as $5 a month – the cost of a cup of coffee – individuals can affordably “pour it forward” and join the UAF Coffee Club. Funds raised through the Coffee Club provide ongoing support to help provide scholarships and educational opportunities for the industry’s next generation.

In addition to the $5 per month Americano level, the program features Cappuccino, Latte and Frappuccino levels of support. To join the club, visit www.UofA-Foundation.org/CoffeeClub, choose a level of recurring support and complete the form. All contributions are tax deductible to the extent provided by law.
