Vange Proimos Inducted Into Federated Vendor Hall Of Fame

STAUNTON, Va. — Vange Proimos, executive chairman of AP Exhaust, has been inducted into the Federated Auto Parts Vendor Hall of Fame.

“It is with great pleasure and gratitude that we welcome Vange Proimos as this year’s inductee into the Federated Vendor Hall of Fame,” said Bo Fisher, CEO of Fisher Auto Parts and chairman of Federated Auto Parts. “Vange is a passionate man who has changed our industry by challenging himself and everyone around him to be better, faster and more competitive in everything they do. This is a well-deserved honor for someone who has made tremendous contributions to the success of Federated and its members. He truly exemplifies what this award is all about.”

With more than 40 years of experience in the auto care industry, Proimos serves as executive director of AP Exhaust. Through his leadership, the company has seen significant growth over the years and is a well-known aftermarket leader. True to his ideals as an entrepreneur, Proimos has developed strong customer relationships while providing strategic direction on product needs and process improvements. Recently appointed to the Centric board of directors, Proimos has a long history as an industry advocate, having served on the board of directors of AASA, MEMA and MECA, and as past chairman of AASA.
